Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During new product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

* International shipping times vary depending on destination.

Please note that shipping estimates do not include processing time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for fast delivery, Stay Elevated is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Stay Elevated is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Stay Elevated is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll gladly assist you in filing a claim whenever possible.
